Job Description

We are looking for an experienced organizational development consultant to join our HR team in building an incredible culture that drives engagement, development, and high performance throughout our workforce.  In this highly consultative role, you will conceive, design, and implement solutions to advance the capabilities of employees across all levels and parts of the company.  Leading efforts such as performance management, pulse surveys, and leadership development, you will drive change for real-time opportunities and problems.


  • Build and lead customized adult learning programs that drive short-term and long-term change
  • Facilitate training for existing programs (e.g., interview training, goal setting, performance management) and custom programs (e.g., leadership projects, culture initiatives, various workshops)
  • Promote and lead annual pulse survey, drive employee participation, analyze and present results, and provide recommendations for next steps
  • Lead performance management process that includes setting goals, providing feedback, and performance evaluations
  • Oversee branding, administration and facilitation of The Leadership Project, an internal program of workshops, events and other experiences designed to strengthen managers and build a leadership community
  • Meet with managers and individual contributors for coaching and consulting around business needs
  • Continually identify business/employee opportunities and provide solutions to meet them
  • Serve as a member of the larger HR team on projects as needed

  • At least 5 years of solid OD experience, building programs based in adult learning concepts
  • A bachelor's degree in OD, HR, Marketing, or Business (master's degree preferred)
  • A curious mind that is always learning
  • A highly creative mind that finds unique, bold and effective solutions to problems
  • Ability to shift thinking from company level to programmatic level to individual deliverables
  • Solid experience consulting with executives and managers on real-time problems
  • Ability to work on different types of work rapidly; ability to pivot quickly
  • Highly relational
  • Skilled presenter, facilitator and communicator
  • High level of ownership in work; ability to design and see things through from strategy to details
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change in a complex organization
