What You’ll Do
Diagnose root challenges and distill qualitative and quantitative data into meaningful insights to help the client see themselves and their systems more clearly
Design and manage several significant client projects or workstreams concurrently, from start to finish
Design interactive client experiences (offsites, meetings, etc.) to support realization of client goals and encourage development of new behaviors
Facilitate client interactions ranging from project check-ins to breakout groups or front-of-room at large offsites
Partner as a trusted advisor to client leaders, inspiring them to make the bold moves necessary to realize their vision
“Walk the talk” and role model our values throughout client delivery
Develop others (both direct reports and laterally) to help each team member reach their full potential, grounded in each individual’s personal experience and development goals
Support the business development process by actively listening, asking the right questions, and crafting compelling proposals that respond to clients’ real needs
Drive and support development of new IP
Play a key role in the recruiting and onboarding process
Collaborate, partner, and pitch in: Everyone on the Trium project team, regardless of position title or experience, is fully accountable for helping the client achieve a set of outcomes
Who You Are
A skilled consultant with a strategy or organizational effectiveness background, and a long and accomplished track record in roles involving business strategy, organizational and leadership issues
A walking example of someone who has outstanding communication, presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills
You have sharp business acumen with broad understanding of various industries and an ability to extract business-relevant insights from client conversations
Unafraid and look forward to stretching yourself personally and professionally
Have a yearning for learning and can master new content quickly. You are intensely curious (by now you’ve probably already done some stalking on our website www.triumgroup.com and looked at our case studies, videos, and read all of our bio’s)
Have a “keen eye” for detail with a high bar for achievement coupled with a “try and fail” orientation that lends itself to creativity and pushing the envelope
Possess a high tolerance for ambiguity and a willingness to be fluid and flexible
Optimistic – you look for the possibility, while navigating the roadblocks
Have a high EQ and IQ – you probably conisder yourself to be highly intuitive
Have always been able to punch above your weight class – you can jump into a relatively senior level dialogue and command respect by being humble, thoughtful, and insightful. You have the ability to quickly synthesize and make sense of disparate facts
Willing to play at all levels- from setting strategic direction for a project and providing 1:1 guidance to client leaders to drafting deliverables and occasionally scheduling meetings
You Might Also
Have had a minimum of six years of work experience, preferably within management consulting
Have worked in traditional consulting, but found the outside-in approach (e.g., we know all the answers) to be uninspiring and oftentimes ineffective
Have worked in an operating role at the types of companies we serve, and have come to appreciate the holistic nature of leadership, culture, and strategy and the role they play in building high-performing organizations
Have led a team and have strong management capabilities
Have an MBA from a top tier university
Be passionate about something unique – we have people who love frisbee, climbing, river running, painting, improv, meditation…
