Manager, Management Consulting

The Trium Group is an elite consulting firm whose mission is to change the world by changing the way business leaders think. We seek to understand and address the human root causes that undermine organizational performance. Our consultants and coaches help senior leadership teams at the world’s leading companies evolve their own leadership, build stronger, more effective teams, and set clear strategic and cultural direction for their organizations. Companies like Cisco, Activision, DropBox, StubHub, Genentech, Sephora, Gap, NetApp, VMWare, and many more have entrusted us to work with them through their most interesting challenges.

What You’ll Do
 Diagnose root challenges and distill qualitative and quantitative data into meaningful insights to help the client see themselves and their systems more clearly
 Design and manage several significant client projects or workstreams concurrently, from start to finish
 Design interactive client experiences (offsites, meetings, etc.) to support realization of client goals and encourage development of new behaviors
 Partner as a trusted advisor to client leaders, inspiring them to make the bold moves necessary to realize their vision
 “Walk the talk” and role model our values throughout client delivery by doing your own personal, inner discovery work
 Develop others (both direct reports and laterally) to help each team member reach their full potential, grounded in each individual’s personal experience and development goals
 Support the business development process by actively listening, asking the right questions, and crafting compelling proposals that respond to clients’ real needs
