The Opportunity

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our CEO and to act as the functional hub of the firm to drive focus on changing company priorities. This is a unique role that combines traditional executive support with a dynamic function oriented around the business development and delivery of a fast-paced professional services firm.

We operate out of the Jackson Square neighborhood in San Francisco and in Los Angeles. This role operates out of our Jackson Square office. This is a particularly exciting point in Trium history because we are at an intersection of 20 years of very successful client engagements and thought leadership but are also experiencing a growth trajectory that is reminiscent of a newly formed high-growth company. The Role

You will have essential responsibility for partnering with the CEO and other firm leadership to establish an understanding of priorities and to ensure the team is scheduled accordingly, help push through roadblocks, resolve issues and escalate where needed.

This role centers around the following responsibilities:

  • Debrief with the Partner Team after important client meetings to kick-off action items and provide updates to the CEO.
  • Manage calendar, travel, and direct administrative support for the CEO.
  • Support tracking and managing business development and marketing activities.
  • Support internal communications, public speaking preparation, social media activity, proposal writing, and direct communications to clients. Strong writing skills are important.
  • Manage regular communication with the CEO’s professional network; drafting outgoing communication on behalf of the CEO and scheduling ongoing contact.
    • Manage events for internal and external activities, including space rental, catering, AV setup, coordinating with client teams.

The Ideal Person

Background Requirements

  • Several year of executive level support
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Several years experience providing direct support to an executive
  • Great written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to be particularly concise
  • Ability to work flexible hours and some evenings, occasionally with short notice
  • Excellent emotional intelligence with an interest in personal growth and being challenged
  • Able to prioritize and assess what matters
  • Skilled at adapting to change and reprioritizing
  • Hyper-organized and conscientious with outstanding execution skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly with PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with different personality types, voice a clear and concise point of view, and be assertive enough to get the attention of busy individuals
