Client Experience Manager
The Trium Group is an elite, boutique consulting firm whose mission is to change the world by changing the way business leaders think. We seek to understand and address the root causes that undermine organizational performance. Our consultants and coaches help senior leadership teams at the world’s leading companies transform their own leadership, build stronger, more effective teams, and set clear strategic and cultural direction for their organizations. Companies like Cisco, Activision, DropBox, StubHub, Genentech, Sephora, Gap, NetApp, VMWare, and many more have entrusted us to work with them through their most interesting challenges.

A unique, authentic culture – we engage in honest dialogue in search of the right answers about ourselves and our clients. We are committed to continuous improvement and to knowing each other as whole people, not just as colleagues

Act as the “Chief of Staff” for senior members of the project team to set them up for success and ensure they are focused on the right things at the right times
Collaborate, partner, and pitch in: Everyone on the Trium project team, regardless of position, title, or experience, is fully accountable for helping our client achieve their desired outcomes
Who You Are...

A confident communicator who enjoys getting to know people and leverages strong EQ to establish new relationships internally and with clients
A perpetual student with a commitment to self-exploration. You are intensely curious (by now you’ve probably already done some stalking on our website www.triumgroup.com and looked at our case studies, videos, and read all of our bio’s)
