Client Experience Manager

The Trium Group is an elite, boutique consulting firm whose mission is to change the world by changing the way business leaders think. We seek to understand and address the root causes that undermine organizational performance. Our consultants and coaches help senior leadership teams at the world’s leading companies transform their own leadership, build stronger, more effective teams, and set clear strategic and cultural direction for their organizations. Companies like Cisco, Activision, DropBox, StubHub, Genentech, Sephora, Gap, NetApp, VMWare, and many more have entrusted us to work with them through their most interesting challenges.

Who We Are
 A firm that works with the most senior leaders of leading companies who are committed to meaningful and lasting change
 A tight team of mission-driven, bright, hard working and open-minded individuals in the heart of San Francisco
 A place where you will be constantly pushed outside of your comfort zone. An organization where you’ll constantly learn something new about yourself and other people
 A unique, authentic culture – we engage in honest dialogue in search of the right answers about ourselves and our clients. We are committed to continuous improvement and to knowing each other as whole people, not just as colleagues

What You’ll Do
 Coordinate and execute all operational aspects of complex client projects from start to finish
 Create clear, compelling, and visually appealing documents using PowerPoint and other mediums to bring a story or concept to life
 Accurately capture and synthesize large quantities of information during client interactions, meetings, interviews, etc.
 Assist in delivering transformative, experiential client events (offsites, meetings, etc.) to support realization of client goals
 Serve as the primary point of contact for direct communication with clients, coaches, and/or third party vendors
 Act as the “Chief of Staff” for senior members of the project team to set them up for success and ensure they are focused on the right things at the right times
 Collaborate, partner, and pitch in: Everyone on the Trium project team, regardless of position, title, or experience, is fully accountable for helping our client achieve their desired outcomes

Who You Are
 A skilled juggler who loves the thrill and the challenge of keeping many balls in the air without letting anything drop
 A microscope and a telescope - someone who loves getting in the weeds and takes immense pride in attention to detail but can also zoom out to keep one eye on the bigger project picture
 An optimisor and an improvisor who is skilled at getting stuff done while being able to adapt to the inevitable twists and turns of a consulting engagement. Someone with a willingness to adhere to established processes while scanning for opportunities to improve processes and systems
 A confident communicator who enjoys getting to know people and leverages strong EQ to establish new relationships internally and with clients
 A perpetual student with a commitment to self-exploration. You are intensely curious (by now you’ve probably already done some stalking on our website and looked at our case studies, videos, and read all of our bio’s)

You Should Also…
 Have a minimum of two to five years demonstrated experience successfully managing large, complex projects, preferably at a professional services firm
 Have a bachelors degree from a top tier university
 Be passionate about something unique – we have people who love frisbee, climbing, river rafting, painting, improv, meditation…
 Believe that work should be about doing something awesome and fulfilling. You are passionate about helping leaders build healthy, high performing organizations

Local, SF Bay Area candidates are strongly preferred - relocation will not be offered
