Growth Marketing Manager - Digital


Reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing, the Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and owning our paid media strategy and overseeing end-to-end analytics and reporting for the broader digital marketing team. This person will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of all digital campaigns in paid search, paid social, and programmatic (Yes, we use our own platform for our programmatic campaigns!). In addition, through close collaboration with other members of the Digital Marketing team, this person will also develop regular reporting and analysis for all digital marketing channels including email, website, paid search, social, and programmatic. This position works across the global marketing team and requires a high amount of team collaboration and communication.


  • Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for paid search, paid social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube), and programmatic channels, which includes:
    • Developing the campaign strategy (audience/keyword targeting, budget, and goal setting) and customer journey in harmony with the other digital marketing and campaign channels (i.e. events, PR, content, etc.)
    • Developing campaign creative briefs to deliver to our internal creative team for the development of channel assets
    • Partnering with our internal copywriter to develop paid search ad copy
    • Setting campaigns up in the respective social and search platforms
    • Collaborating with our internal trading team to identify new and innovative ways to run and improve our programmatic campaigns by leveraging unique inventory, targeting and segmentation, and creative assets
    • Reporting on the performance throughout the campaign and making optimizations to meet goals
  • Work closely with social media and content team to make sure that paid and organic strategies across social channels work in harmony.
  • Own the reporting and analytics for all digital marketing channels, which includes:
    • Creating reporting to share with digital marketing team, internal trading team and marketing leadership (including the CMO) to share results, goal completion status, and insights/recommendations for improvements
    • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis needed to help inform decisions around digital marketing investment and strategy


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field, preferred
  • Minimum of 6+ of professional experience and 3+ years at an agency or in-house working directly on paid media marketing
  • Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns in Adwords (YouTube & Paid Search), and LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
  • Experience with digital marketing reporting tools including Google Analytics, and Search Console
  • Excellent analytical, organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite with emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to build compelling and impactful presentations and materials.
  • Excellent presentation, oral, and written business communication skills with various audiences and levels
  • High level understanding of content and digital marketing across multiple mediums
