What you'll be doing:

No two days are the same at TK Maxx! As our Assistant Store Manager, you'll be:

  • Leading and inspiring your team to smash goals
  • Creating unforgettable customer experiences
  • Keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes
  • Supporting our exciting new store opening in West Melbourne (Travelling will be required). Your official start date will be November

What you'll need:

  • Proven experience in retail management (bonus points for fast-paced environments!)
  • A natural leader who knows how to motivate and energize a team
  • Top-notch time management and organizational skills
  • A love for fashion, fun, and finding great deals!
