Sr Director, Project Management - Tilburg

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish project objectives, scope, and desired outcomes to ensure successful project delivery
• Develop and manage project timelines and budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation
• Take charge and supervise project teams composed of individuals from various departments, fostering collaboration and driving high-quality results
• Monitor project advancement and ensure adherence to timelines for achieving project goals.
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks proactively, ensuring smooth project execution
• Collaborate closely with all parties involved, including different teams and individuals, to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment
• Evaluate project outcomes and implement improvements to drive continuous project optimization

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in an Engineering role
• Proven track record of successfully implementing complex projects, demonstrating strong leadership and project management skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of individuals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
