This is an exciting Sales Manager role and you will be responsible to maintain, develop and grow sales of the PDX Division through a team of Direct Sales Reps and local Agents. The role implements commercial strategy at national level, adapting it to a regional, provincial and single-center potential customer level.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive, execute and reach the yearly double-digit Sales Growth
- Manage a full team of Sales Reps and Agents
- Establish relationships with all the key stakeholders in public and private hospitals and laboratories
- Manage the negotiation (for private clients) and the Tender process (for public clients)
- Develop, maintain and consolidate over time the relationships with the main KOL's in the Laboratory and Clinical markets (Hematology, Neurology, Nephrology)
- Attendance at International Congresses, National Congresses, Local Events, CME, VIP Days, Demos
- Provide reports or update and generate sales forecast and delivery monthly business reviews on the territory.
Minimum requirements
- A University degree is needed with preference for Biology, Immunology, Oncology, Biochemistry and Life Science related field with Biomedical Science.
- Proven successful Sales experience of at least 10 years in IVD (or Medical Devices, Pharma)
- Proven strong positive relationship management.
- Empathic and inspirational leader
- People management
- Proven experience working with commercial public tenders
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and self-confidence to use these skills to be able to deliver Company vision.
- Fluent English and Italian
- Full clean driving license (Day Travels - minimum 3 days per week)
