Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is in need of a highly driven and ambitious individual to become part of our team as a Cell Therapy Business Development Specialist (NA-West). As the Cell Therapy Business Development Specialist you will have the chance to collaborate with a passionate cross-divisional CGT team and play a key role in the expansion of our BioProduction CCCT Cell Therapy business.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth of Cell Therapy products portfolio in the NA-West region
- Develop and implement a strategic territory plan for the region to drive Cell Therapy initiatives and revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer adoption
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers to establish strong relationships
- Use technical expertise and internal resources to drive and support customer adoption of our Cell therapy manufacturing products and technologies
- Partners closely with Cell Therapy product management to drive commercial strategy, initiatives and NPI activities across commercial teams within region
- Owns regional CT SFDC pipeline, opportunity and forecasting
- Represents CCCT/BPG Cell Therapy business at key CGT conferences
- Communicates the voice of customer and market intelligence back to business unit(s)

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of sales success in the life sciences industry
- Strong understanding of cell therapy market trends and competitors
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel within the NA-West region

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $112,400.00-$183,650.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
