Provide beverages and snacks for approximately 5000 donors in the Circles private lounges: The Russian, Israeli and Chinese Lounges. In addition, brew & serve coffee to the members lounges which service up to 30,000 donors. Stock supplies to all six lounges, clean storage areas, inventory and clean all six refrigerators. Move furniture when needed. Pick up and distribute shipments from the loading dock.
Duties and Responsibilities:
50% Setup two hours before curtain and actually open to donors one hour prior to curtain up.
50% Bus tables and replenish snacks for intermission. Open for intermission and then break down.
- High School Education
- At least one year experience in the restaurant, lounge or service industries.
Minimum Skills and/or Knowledge Required
- Strong customer service skills and professionalism are essential
