Senior Manager, Licensing LATAM

The Senior Manager, Licensing - LATAM, based in Brazil, plays a critical role in driving the execution of the licensing strategy across the region, supporting the growth of a multi-million-dollar licensing business across Coca-Cola's portfolio of globally recognized brands.

This role combines strong commercial execution with strategic thinking, acting as a key partner to the Licensing Director to translate regional priorities into actionable plans, accelerate business development, and maximize performance with existing licensees. The position requires hands-on leadership in an in-house model, with direct ownership of partnerships, pipeline development, and business performance. This role reports into the Director, Licensing LATAM.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Execute Latin America licensing strategy by translating strategic priorities into actionable country and category plans, ensuring alignment with licensing global objectives
  • Drive business development efforts, supporting prospecting, partner evaluation, and pipeline prioritization across Latin America and different categories
  • Manage key licensee relationships, acting as a primary point of contact to drive performance, growth, and long-term partnerships
  • Lead business reviews and performance tracking, monitoring revenue, product pipelines, and retail execution, and identifying opportunities for expansion
  • Lead end-to-end deal execution, partnering with Legal, Finance, and Quality & Compliance to ensure robust governance, completion of due diligence, and effective management of contracts and key milestones from agreement signature through product launch
  • Partner with OU Marketing and Brand teams to identify and deliver Big Bets, ensuring licensing is fully integrated into brand strategies and campaigns
  • Lead key regional projects, including Licensing Summits, business updates, and strategic presentations
  • Leverage data and insights to track performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to optimize revenue and brand impact
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships, including global licensing teams, cross-functional partners, and licensees

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Significant experience in licensing, brand management, business development, or related commercial roles
  • Strong commercial expertise, with a solid understanding of retail dynamics and licensing business models
  • Proven ability to manage partnerships and drive business performance
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organization
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and execution excellence
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Solid experience in the licensing industry or consumer products industries in Brazil and Latin America
  • Understanding of product development, manufacturing, and go-to-market processes
  • Strong network within the licensing market, retail, or brand partnerships ecosystem
