The Production Operator V is a position where you'll be on the front lines of our success. We are looking for candidates with prior production experience that have a keen eye for the details and takes great pride in the quality of their work.
What You'll Do for Us
- Actively seek opportunities to improve processes, equipment performance, and safety in all areas of the plant.
- Facilitate and participate/lead in Kaizen events to promote team-driven improvements.
- Partner with safety, quality, maintenance, Blending, Warehouse, and production departments to identify and resolve inefficiencies.
- Conduct audits and assessments of machine performance, tracking uptime and downtime to support proactive maintenance.
- Gather and analyze performance data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
- Support development and sustainability of standardized work procedures.
- Train and coach team members on continuous improvement tools and methodologies (Lean, 5S, Root Cause Analysis, etc.).
- Monitor and report on improvement project progress and overall operational KPIs.
- Ensure CI initiatives comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Participate in all routines within operating model meetings to report findings and propose solutions for ongoing improvements
- Adaptability for changing priorities based on business needs.

Qualification & Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent is required with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of successful experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be proficient in understanding, monitoring, and acknowledging machine malfunction alarms with the ability to manage solutions efficiently and effectively.
- Must have a working knowledge of beverage applications & basic parameters, knowledge of principles industrial food hygiene and an understanding of ERP environment.
- Competency in brix/acidity/pH/CO2 analysis is ideal.
- Forklift and Hi-Lift certified or ability to become certified in a reasonable time frame
- Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under stressful situations
- Must be able to use computer and associated software programs, such as Microsoft Office, One Note, SAP, Infinity Quality System.
