As a Global Retirement Consultant, you will be a part of this mission. You will work on assignments applying your knowledge to administer Retirement plans and assist in the implementation of Retirement projects. You will work with established procedures handling the administration of one or more Retirement programs. You will ensure accuracy of plan delivery and technical platforms by testing as needed and will contribute to the development of global best practices for delivery of Retirement plans and programs.

What You'll Do for Us:
- Provide timely response to all complex Retirement queries and utilize appropriate tools to analyze issues, volume, trend etc.
- Ensure all legally required documents regarding the services are received, followed up on and handed over to other functions for archiving in the employees' files on a timely manner and the information is available for company audits and legal suits as needed.
- Ensure the Retirement policies and plan documents are followed and kept accurate
- Administer Retirement benefits programs as assigned.
- Participate in contract renewal processes and support and/or own vendor governance.
- Support Total Rewards and Operating Unit teams by providing necessary data and responding to escalations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in Retirement project work as assigned.
- Participate in the design of global best practices for Retirement processes, as well as Total Rewards strategy and policy design with a focus on making our processes simpler, better and faster.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-5 years relevant experience and general knowledge in Rewards/ Benefits / Retirement
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices and integrity in previous roles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Proven problem-solving, time management, and teamwork.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on honesty and transparency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Knowledge of Retirement principles and practices.
