The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Staff Analyst to join the team in either Auburn, WA or Mukilteo, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements plans to align with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) recordkeeping regulations and policies
  • Analyzes internal and external effective practices

  • Develops and implements new record management capabilities
  • Establishes and promotes interpersonal EHS recordkeeping policies, processes and strategies
  • Evaluates new EHS recordkeeping technologies and processes and develops implementation strategies
  • Leads teams in implementing process improvements, programs and initiatives
  • Partners with organization leaders on strategies, goals, objectives and initiatives
  • Analyzes internal and external data to identify injury trends
  • Reviews and evaluates strategic data and issues to identify implementation recommendations
  • Develops executive level briefings
  • Monitors and supervises execution of the plan and communicates status
  • Leads the development and deployment of communications content
  • Collaborates with subject matter authorities to deploy broad interpersonal communications
  • Provides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture
  • Leads the design, logistics and facilitation of meetings/events
  • Maintains interpersonal webpages

  • This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

    The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

    BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
    • Bachelors degree or higher
    • 5+ years of experience communicating effectively with multiple levels of an organization
    • 5+ years of experience as a Staff Analyst

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
    • 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

    Typical Education & Experience:

    Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Relocation:

    Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

    This position will be for first shift.

    Summary pay range: $100,300 - $135,700
