We are currently looking for a talented individual to help us support multiple, complex cloud migration portfolios and deliverables.

The project manager collaborates with many different portfolios and project stakeholders to support them in building executable integrated cloud migration plans, monitor and support them during the execution. The project manager will work daily with geographically diverse and sourced teams. The selected candidate will be committed and engaged always focusing on supporting teams to deliver high-value products with high quality.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Leads others and directs all phases of assigned cross-organizational or business unit projects demonstrating proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted project management standards.
  • Identifies key stakeholder project specific objectives and requirements.
  • Ensures assigned individuals are executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan.
  • Lead development and execution of schedule, scope, quality, risk, budget, resource and communication plans, including status to leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and impacts and coordinate with the leadership to approve mitigation plans or changes to commitments.
  • Guide projects from intake, planning, and funding through implementation, validation, and business acceptance.
  • Overall accountability for dollars spent, funding, and affordability in support of program(s) or function(s)
  • Provides in-depth analysis of project culminating with lessons learned and historical reports for incorporation into future project plans.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, and process simplification; implement standards and best practices to create business value.
  • Provides input of team member performance to management, where appropriate
  • Apply critical thinking and problem solving to evaluate usefulness of current solutions and provide recommendations.
  • Effective organization, teamwork, and collaboration skills to work productively in a cross-functional, multi-level environment with shifting priorities and requirements.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to interface with executive leadership, enterprise workforce, and internal/external customers or partners

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience with agile project/program and software development project management
  • 3+ years of experience leading multiple teams and projects that involve cross-functional and/or cross-business domains
  • 5+ years of experience communicating and collaborating directly with internal or external customers, peers, other employees, and all levels of leadership
  • 1+ years of leading geographically diverse teams/working with an offshore supplier

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 7 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience communicating and collaborating directly with internal or external customers, peers, other employees, and all levels of leadership
  • 5+ years of experience in project management or program management
  • Experience in a role that requires strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills
  • Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework

Typical Education/ Experience:

Mid-Level 3:

Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Senior Level 4:

Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Relocation:

This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Mid-Level 3 Colorado Summary pay range: $73,080.00-$135,720.00.00

Senior Level 4 Colorado Summary pay range: $86,940.00-$161,460.00.00
