TheeCommerce Product Content Specialistwill play an important role in eCommerce and Digital Marketing product content development and execution. Aligned to the strategic plan for the online marketing and product content in support of Boeing eCommerce websites.
This is a hybrid position that allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:
- Managing product content, enrichment, and attributes. Supporting quality control for product content.
- Support strategic content, campaign, and branding programs.
- Aligning to product flow to site content / promotional calendar (off-line process)
- Managing and resolving product description and photo issues /problems.
- Writing and editing product names, descriptions and defining attributes.
- Writing and editing search engine optimized product and marketing copy.
- Maintaining storefront navigation and product taxonomy. Creating and populating global categories and taxonomy.
- Assign keyword search terms and improve search capabilities.
- Support cross-sell, up-sell, and promotional merchandising needs.
- Merchandising and enriching online product content to drive customer conversion, improved customer experience and self-service.
- Providing input to product content and merchandising standards, guidelines, and styles guide.
- Working with ecommerce development teams to enhance product content management tools and customer interface.
- Localizing product copy (if required).

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of Content Management experience
- Experience with eCommerce Businesses
- Intrinsic passion for eCommerce and awareness of best practices and trends
- Ability to break down complex problems, conduct analysis, and translate into action plan.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office functionality, especially Excel
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Able collaborator with leadership, business users, and technical personnel
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Knowledge of design, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Strong strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong background in research, analysis, and business communication
Typical Education/ Experience:
Technical bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' or a PhD degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.
Relocation:
This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
