Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Marketing & Sales Salesforce Product Manager to join the Commercial Sales Operations team based out of Renton, WA. This is an exciting opportunity to be a Product Manager for an enterprise Salesforce implementation!

As the Salesforce Product Manager, you will provide oversight for Boeing's Commercial Sales & Marketing Salesforce implementation. You will lead a team of Product Owners who work closely with Boeing's Information Technology (IT) teams to define and validate system requirements. The Salesforce Product Manager partners directly with the Commercial Sales & Marketing Business Owner, Salesforce Product Managers in Boeing Global Services (BGS), Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS), and Boeing Capital Corporation (BCC), as well as with various IT partners to ensure prioritization and roadmap definition for Salesforce. The Product Manager is responsible, along with the Business Owners, for ensuring that the value of Salesforce is realized for Sales & Marketing across Boeing, with a specific focus on Commercial sales processes.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the vision and necessary metrics to monitor progress of the implementation
  • Advocate for investment to build and maintain capability
  • Facilitate the development of a prioritized statement of work
  • Manage product owners to drive the delivery and capability of Salesforce
  • Guide multiple Scrum teams in a Scaled Agile Framework
  • Work with the Release Train Engineer (RTE) and the lead Architect to plan and facilitate the SAFe ceremonies for each quarterly program increment
  • Coordinate with BDS, BGS and BCC product managers leading Salesforce implementation
  • Work with IT leadership to agree on statement of work, scale of the investment and prioritize requirements
  • Balance the development of new capability with technical debt management to mitigate risk

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience implementing programs related to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), HR Information Systems (HRIS) and/or Data & Analytics
  • 3+ years of experience with Scaled Agile Framework or Agile Methodologies
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and processes
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience with Agile Software development
  • Experience with Product Management
  • Scaled Agile and Salesforce certifications

Summary pay range: $122,400 - $165,600
