Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Associate or Mid-Level (Level 2 or Level 3) Staff Analyst to join the Business Operations team based out of Portland, Oregon.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.
  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.
  • Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
  • Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.
  • Delivers informational or technical materials.
  • Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.
  • Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.
  • Develops and deploys localized training content.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 1+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
  • 1+ years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • 1+ years of experience developing and deploying localized training content

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ years of experience with facilitating large meetings for site leadership
  • 1+ years of experience with leading projects and events

Typical Education/Experience:

Associate (Level 2)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Mid-Level (Level 3)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Associate (Level 2) Summary pay range: $66,000.00 - $72,000.00

Mid-Level (Level 3) Summary pay range: $79,000.00 - $86,000.00
