SUMMARY
Our Car Care division is looking for responsible automotive repair professionals with at least two years of experience. In this position, you'll provide diagnostic and major repair services to member vehicles, helping to get AAA members back on the road in a safe and timely manner. - Shorter workdays than competitors (we close at 6pm)
- Monday - Friday, hours are 7:30am-6pm
- Saturday, hours are 8am to 4pm

As an Automotive Master Technician - A-Tech, you'll represent our organization's commitment to safety and quality. You will:
- Help AAA Members get back on the road with confidence
- Service and Maintenance - Provide general vehicle maintenance, tire installation and repairs, fluid maintenance services, and NC state inspections
- Diagnostics and Repair - Ensure the proper and safe functioning of brake systems, suspension system, cooling system, air conditioning system, starting and charging system, electrical system, fuel system and ignition, and onboard system
- Wheel Alignment - Understand theory and application
- Major Repairs - Perform engine, transmission, driveline, and other repairs
- Contribute to AAA's trusted reputation
- Results - Maintain our company standard of productivity

Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
Required qualifications
- Master Technician with at least 2 years of automotive repair experience
- Possess own tools for use in shop
- Ability to work flexible work schedules to include Saturdays
- Willingness to progress within the Automotive Technician career path
- Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license
- 4 ASE Certifications Highly Preferred
- Drive for results - Has a bias for taking action; you work with a sense of urgency to find solutions to peoples' problems.
