Plant Intern - Westmoreland

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Provides assistance with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system. Process Innovation (Pi), P&IDs and Asset 360 (predictive maintenance system)
  2. Participate in technical, chemistry and engineering due diligence
  3. Work closely with the plant engineer
  4. Provides assistance with statistical and quality analysis

Education/Experience/Skills/Basic Requirements:

Strong technical, computer, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills required. Must be a second or third year engineering student attending a four-year college.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

The job will require sitting in an indoor office environment, the need to visually read various written materials including, but not limited to paper documents and computer monitors. The job may also require standing, bending, walking, lifting up to 10 lbs., carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, kneeling and crouching. The incumbent will have the ability to use standard office equipment such as PC, printer, telephone, calculator, and copy and fax machines.
