Partnership Associate

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist Partner lead in collection and development of materials, tools and presentations for client meetings (Develop proposals)
  • Support Partner lead to learn and interpret client objectives for client/agency strategies
  • Develop sponsorship concepts and presentations through working with creative services counterpart to attain internal & external goals
  • Maintain and manage in-depth understanding of organization inventory throughout all offerings
  • Present client information, details regarding opportunity/objectives and media proposals within tracking programs - Salesforce
  • Present updated revenue information to sales planner for weekly meetings
  • Responsible for developing media plans (RFP’s, Agency spreadsheets, etc.) attaining client requirements for all partnership opportunities
  • Work with Sales Planner on inventory availability, pricing, and reallocations to assure precision for all campaigns
  • Work to secure assets needed from clients for campaigns and provide to ad ops coordinator and media planner
  • Contract Shepherding
  • Company/Industry Monitoring/RSS


  • 1-2 years working within a media company
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a thoughtful mission oriented environment while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and creative problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, over email and video conference
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly motivated
  • Strong computer applications skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Digital experience is a plus
  • BA/BS College degree required
