Job Overview

• Maintenance of the quality management system
• Attending/Leading system audits according to IATF 16949, ISO14001, ISO45001
• Planning, carrying out and coordinating the process audits according to VDA 6.3
• Leading process analyzes and working out concepts and actions to assure the fulfillment of quality standards and customer requirements
• Preparation and maintenance of the environmental management system
• Assessment of the environmental aspects
• Administration work and training on CAQ-Systems
• Conduct training on QM-Software
• Implementation of legal obligations out of the reach regulation
• Initiation and coordination, networking and implementation of tasks with systematic involvement of the individual areas, e.g. purchasing, development, production, labor and environmental protection
• Effectiveness tests and controls (audits)
• Organization and conduct internal audits to prepare for exams by authorities and certification institu-tions
• Expert and constructive advice to employees and management
• Advising on communication with authorities, customers and suppliers on reach-compliance
• Creation and maintenance of the management system for work safety and health
• Special tasks on behalf of the QM management
• Deputy of the Quality and EHS Manager

What your background should look like:

• Engineering degree specialized in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering (FH / TH) or similar qualification
• Min. 5 years of professional experience in quality management systems in automotive environment (IATF 16949)
• Experience with environmental management systems ISO 14001 and occupational health and safety manage-ment systems is required
• Very good communication -oral and written- in German and English
• Very good knowledge in QM-Systems and statistics
• Advanced IT user
• Independent and project-oriented way of working as well as teamwork-player
• Process oriented and accurate person
• Willingness to travel (approx. 10%)
