Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Continuous Improvement Teams design and implement programs and projects to improve products, services, or processes aligned with business strategies. They coach teams; establish program performance metrics; and establish process excellence supports.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Development of Site deployment plans consistent with business unit
  • Support and mentor site based Lean Practitioners / Kaizen Facilitators
  • Identification and organization of resources required to achieve successful implementation
  • Coordination of Site initiatives in order to achieve consistency and standardization across business unit
  • Manage and control individual project teams and deployment plans
  • Monitor progress against plans and achievement of continuous improvement and progression
  • Provide leadership on lean thinking, lean processing and lean production
  • Train team members, management and staff in all tools


What your background should look like:

  • 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing commpany
  • Previous hands-on and practical experience in using value stream mapping
  • Lead Lean events with proven results in at least following areas:SMED, 5S, TPM, VSM
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills at all levels from the shop floor to top management
  • Demonstrated project management skills,
  • Analytically minded, data-driven and holistic overview of complex situations
  • Knowledge of Power BI
  • English and Polish language knowledge is essential
