Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Facilities Team conduct facilities and property administration, office planning, corporate leasing and/or real estate coordination. They work closely and provide advice and counsel to company and/or vendor representatives coordinating major facility constructions or modifications or leasing and real estate activities.

Responsibilities:

  • facility maintenance (an industrial plant with full technical capacity) and responding to current needs of the facility users,
  • supervision over technical documentation of the facility and installation,
  • maintaining the continuity of equipment and installation,
  • supervision over subcontractors on site and quality control of services provided,
  • keeping technical documentation of the facility and machines and devices - ensuring timeliness and completeness,
  • strict compliance with health and safety regulations and supervision over subordinate employees and subcontractors in this scope,
  • controlling and updating the budget,
  • invoice flow control,
  • monitoring work and supporting employees,
  • developing a work schedule of subordinate employees,
  • reporting.


What your background should look like:

  • higher technical education (preferred fields: engineering, electricity, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering),
  • experience in managing the technical infrastructure of industrial and warehouse logistics facilities,
  • experience in managing the team responsible for maintaining the technical condition of the facility and other services - will be an advantage,
  • SEP certificates (E and D - without restrictions),
  • knowledge of HSE and ISO issues,
  • very good knowledge of technical installations and building automation,
  • ability to conduct talks and negotiations with clients, subcontractors, facility administrators,
  • good knowledge of MS Office.
