What you bring to the table

• Planning and executing continuous improvement projects, leading multifunctional teams to successful implementation.
• Facilitating workshops and Kaizen events to identify opportunities and drive change at the ZKS plant in Tát.
• Training, coaching and mentoring colleagues from other departments in learning and using Lean tools
• Encouraging and supporting employees in identifying improvement opportunities
• Leading continuous improvement CI meetings, Kaizen workshops (KWS), step change projects and preparing regular reports to communicate project status internally and externally.
• Maintaining the integrity and standardization of our KPI framework, ensuring accurate performance measurement.
• Coaching and training local teams on LEAN principles and continuous improvement techniques.

What your background should look like:

What We Expect From You

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree (Engineering, Economist)
• Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing environment, ideally in a lean environment as lean engineer
• Strong influencing skills and the ability to motivate others.
• Proficiency in English and Hungarian
• Be a great teammate, experienced in working with international partners
• Have the ability to balance multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Upbeat, creative and proactive personality

An Advantage

• Gained experience in running lean functions in a new plant.
