Account Manager (Gam & Sec Customers Bulgaria)

Tasks:

  • Regional responsibility for a specific customers, with a focus on increasing sales, opening up new business areas and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Definition of the annual growth plans and future-oriented sales strategies considering the customer and TE strategy
  • Identification and evaluation of new business opportunities and expansion of the existing product portfolio
  • Development and implementation of action plans for product alignment according to customer requirements
  • Identification of business areas in which TE is not the market leader and definition of the necessary product requirements
  • Responsibility for the complete sales cycle from the submission of the offer to the conclusion of the contract
  • Pricing of the existing business with a special focus on increasing profitability


Profile:

  • Engineer with a bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience in sales & marketing
  • Knowledge of trends, competitors and technologies, which influence the products and the sales results
  • Excellent analytical skills, strategic and tactical thinking and a solution-oriented approach
  • The ability to build successful working relationships with different organizational areas across all hierarchical levels
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Cultural sensitivity
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic and international matrix organization
  • Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
  • Fluent language skills (oral & written) in English and German are required
  • The position requires regular business trips
