Senior Operations Manager: Sales

What does a Senior Operations Manager of Sales at TaskUs really do? You are someone who will manage day-to-day business operations, including performance, billing, and P&L for a large team. So come on, now we need your full concentration because it’s time to imagine what it’s like being a Senior Operations Manager:

As a Senior Operations Manager, in addition to the above, you will have weekly syncs with Operations Managers and Team Leads, as well as one-on-one coaching and development with Teammates as needed.  You will have 100% ownership of the team’s strategy, implementation, and daily stats related to calls, appointments, pitch rate, action rate, and revenue attainment. You will meet with Senior Management and clients as needed to continue business growth. You will be responsible for interviewing Operations Managers, Team Leads and Quality Analysts. You will also promote the department and TaskUs culture.

Requirements:

What is it we’re looking for? We need someone with four plus years of experience as a Senior Operations Manager and/or ten plus years of B2B Sales experience. Experience leading teams in the BPO space is ideal. What else? A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field is preferred.

Now let’s get technical. We’re looking for someone who has experience managing supervisors, as well as coaching and developing Teammates. You will need to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team in order to acquire new accounts and provide on-the-ground support for sales associates. You will develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to meet the needs of the client. The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for all aspects of operations for a large team, which include but are not limited to: monitoring staffing, adjusting resources, providing temporary coverage, and problem resolution.

What else? We need someone who has the proven ability to scale operations, drive performance management, and foster employee retention.
