An Operations Manager is responsible for project's KPI performance, as well as coaching and developing Team Leads, and ensuring implementation of client and TaskUs processes.
What is it we are looking for?
Since this is an Operations Manager position, we need someone who has
3-5 years’ experience leading teams in a call center environment. Experience with social media, digital media, and marketing are pluses!
We are looking for a strategic, out of the box thinker that enjoys a good challenge and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Open availability is a must. As there may be times you are asked to stay until your team leaves.
Our ideal candidate is experienced in holding coaching session, implementing corrective action and performance plans when needed, and comfortable speaking with clients and executives.
We also need someone with a high-level understanding of customer confidentiality standards and intermediate experience with Microsoft Office.
