Learning Experience Senior Director

General Trias, Philippines

As a Learning Experience Senior Director, you will act as the in-house expert in  handling the Leadership Development training across multiple sites. You will also manage the initiation, development, and implementation of Learning and Development department's initiatives and drive Leadership and Personal training programs for Sr. Management, OMs, Team Leaders and Teammates. You will be the "Training Master" that works on New Hire onboarding and Future of work of our teammates and personal development. You will pioneer all leadership development training needs and programs in the organization and create Leadership and Personal development training which includes: detailed curriculum, training, and evaluation. You will propose and publish a year-long training calendar with specific quarterly objectives. As a strategic leader, part of your scope is planning total training policies, programs, new testing tools, methods, and systems to ensure products and services meet quality standards.

 Requirements

What is it we’re looking for? Since this is a Senior Director role, we need someone who already has the experience in being one, if you have at least 3 - 5 years experience as a Learning Experience Director or Senior Director capacity in a call center specializing in Global Matrix organization-- then you’re qualified!. You should also have experience in managing the Global Diverse workforce across several different Geos. 

You must have an in-depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods (including workshops, simulations, e-learning and coaching). We need someone who can adapt and level any training materials to a given audience. 

Excellent communication and leadership skills are expected. You should be creative, independent and motivated with the commitment to oversee projects to completion. You must have great interpersonal skills and ability to influence others as you will oversee and establish vendor relationships and collaborate with various functional management teams across TaskUs. You must be open to shifting schedules and willing to travel.
