Learning Experience Senior Director really do? Think of yourself as the strategic and tactical  leader of learning for multiple TaskUs sites so not just anyone is qualified for this role! Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: that you are responsible for the learning programs and initiatives across multiple sites that must achieve a high level of performance and profitability. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that you will not only establish priorities, standards and performance objectives and work on cutting edge learning initiatives but also select, train, and provide work guidance to your Learning Experience Directors and their teams of Sr. Learning Experience Managers, Learning Experience Managers and Learning Experience Leaders.  You will be actively
mentoring your team, honing their skills and developing them as learning professionals.

As a Learning Experience Senior Director, you will handle the product training branch of the Learning Experience department for several sites. You will ensure that all new hires experience engaging, high-quality onboarding in order to enable a level of high performance for each employee. You will also ensure that every campaign at your site has a solid learning path tied to the successful outcomes of the campaigns overall performance.  You also have to thrive on entrepreneurial challenges as a leader. You will conduct current and ongoing strategic assessments of business-wide Learning Experience programs and initiatives. You will also measure program delivery quality, which ensures continuous improvement, maintenance, and adjustment in program delivery approaches accordingly in order to maintain pace with business growth and exceeding key performance indicators.

You will be the "Training Master" that works in tandem with Operations to create the strategies to maximize campaign task mastery and teammate personal development. You will pioneer all site campaign specific training needs analysis and programs for the sites assigned to you. You will create and execute TL, TM and OM operational, process and product training which includes: detailed curriculum, training, and evaluation. You will act as the in-house expert, maintain all relevant training materials and documents for all levels for trainees; from new teammates to tenured team leaders and managers. You will ensure that all training provided is aligned with the specific campaign and TaskUs' broader business objectives. You will also proactively explore the specific needs of every department and campaign to develop learning materials as needed. You will propose and publish a quarter-long learning strategy with specific quarterly objectives. You will also propose and execute on learning policies, programs, new testing tools, methods, and systems to ensure products and services meet and exceed quality standards.  You will also regularly interact with our clients, proactively partnering and consulting to radically improve campaign performance and bring more value to our extraordinary customers. 

Do you have what it takes to become a TaskUs Sr.  Learning Experience Director?


So, what is it we’re looking for? Well, since this is a Senior Director role, we need someone who already has the experience in being a Sr. Director or equivalent experience.  If you have at least 3 years of working experience as a Learning Experience Senior Director or 5 years in Learning Experience Director position in a contact center specializing in product training -- then you’re qualified! You must also be excellent in current learning theory, instructional design, facilitation, presenting, communicating, collaboration, leading a team and you must have great interpersonal skills.

What else? You must also have the ability to support multiple sites and multiple programs. You must be someone who is highly creative and dynamic. You must also be someone who’s independent and motivated with the commitment to oversee projects to completion. We need someone who has the ability to adapt and level any training materials to a given audience. Of course, you must also be knowledgeable in Google and MS Office applications!
