GSuite Engineer

  • Be the global subject matter expert for Messaging (G Suite) administration, implementations and deployments

  • Administer, manage, and maintain the G Suite EcoSystem

  • Provide oversight for day-to-day activities in G Suite admin console, 3rd party tools, and some home grown utilities

  • Be the main point of contact for Google product managers and strategists, Google tech support, and outsourced vendor teams to evaluate and recommend new G Suite features/ enhancements

  • Lead the enterprise rollout of custom solutions that integrate G Suite functionality and work productivity

  • Collaborate with other IT functions to evaluate, prioritize and resolve new issues and problem scenarios

  • Manage and administer Google EMM environment, enterprise Mobile App Store, device enrollments, and resolve complex mobile OS specific issues

  • Administer and remediate issues related to Google Chrome end point devices

  • Setup Google Analytics digital properties, enable dashboards and reports, and troubleshoot and resolve issues pertaining to improper or inadequate reporting

  • Take ownership of the overall G Suite account management process integrated with enterprise IAM

  • Develop new system processes and improve existing ones for efficient G Suite account lifecycle management

  • Manage and administer the publishing and revocation of apps and extensions in enterprise mobile and Chrome app stores

  • Collaborate with Information Security to enforce strict cross platform security and audit controls

  • Act as the single point of contact for P1 and P2 incidents, perform business impact assessments, and coordinate and carryout suitable resolution involving key technical teams including Google support

  • Provide problem resolution reports for management as required

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's or College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer/Telecommunication Engineering

  • At least 3-5 years of experience with G Suite Administration

  • At least 10 years of experience with Messaging Administration

  • At least three years of MDM administration experience

  • Strong expertise in messaging infrastructure, mail transfer protocols, mail access protocols, spam, phishing and virus protection

  • G Suite Certification is a plus

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, and can collaborate in a team environment

  • Willing to work night shift
