Employer Brand Project Manager

As the  Employer Brand Manager, you will lead a team of marketers, building the TaskUs brand and brand awareness in your assigned market through developing and overseeing the execution of marketing strategies to attract qualified applicants. You will oversee employee marketing initiatives for Indore. You will develop and promote the brand identity, making TaskUs the most sought-after employer in the city and nearby markets. You will partner heavily with recruitment and HR, making sure marketing goals are in support of company pursuits. You will develop and oversee robust content marketing plans for external marketing through the various channels – adapting TaskUs corporate brand to develop local voice. You will ensure brand standards are adhered to. You will understand each local recruitment employment landscape. You will own and keep track of budget for marketing campaigns in your assigned geography. You will analyze metrics per marketing channel, monitor competitors’ activity and determine if brand pivoting is necessary. You will set metric targets for marketing team to drive meaningful results in support of employer branding plan. You will work closely with  the Director of Global Employer Branding, ensuring alignment with other TaskUs geographies.

Requirements:

We need someone with at least 5+ years marketing experience. Someone with a degree in business, marketing or communications. Someone with experience with brand management, communications and recruitment marketing. Someone with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and driving deliverables. 


We also need someone with experience leading highly effective teams within a large program, balancing varying and competing company interests and limitations, and managing teams off site. Someone who is a strong and effective communicator, has Accountability and solutions focus. Someone with the ability to drive performance and get results.


Lastly, we need someone with high business ethics, has experience creating and delivering effective marketing strategies. We also need someone with strong relationship management, organizational and project management skills. Experience in the ff. is needed: digital marketing, advertising agency (plus), event planning (plus), PR (plus), writing and/or editing content (plus).
