About the Role

  • Manage the day-to-day planning and operations of your team including the monitoring of Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) against expectations
  • Manage team schedules and ensure agents adhere to coverage needs
  • Assist in the training and development of your team by conducting team huddles and coaching sessions
  • Identify areas of improvement to advance agents abilities on an individual as well as team level
  • Create and maintain reports of your team’s performance as well as document feedback
  • Effectively manage sensitive issues that might arise on your team, including HR concerns
  • Act as the liaison between management and your team

About You

  • You possess strong customer service skills and are a great communicator
  • Have a background in leading teams or in management
  • Ability to think quickly and respond professionally to a variety of team needs
  • Have an upbeat motivational manner with a focus on driving positive changes
  • Ability to effectively meet the changing requirements of the industry, company or department needs.

Big pluses

  • Previous experience working on a phone, email or live chat customer support
  • Familiar or proficient in E-commerce, ZenDesk or other CRM tools
  • Flexible - ability to work different shifts
