So what does a CRM Specialist really do? Think of yourself as the person who will be highly focused on lead management, so not just anyone is qualified for this role! We make sure we get the best of the best, after all, we are a ridiculously good company so we make sure our employees are top notch. Now we need your full concentration because it’s time to imagine what it’s like being a CRM Specialist.
Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: that you want to analyze the generated leads of different marketing initiatives. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it comes down to one thing: that you must also focus on marketing automation and campaign management in Pardot and in Salesforce.
As a CRM Specialist, you will also create marketing campaigns and properly map leads to CRM. You will create reports based on trends of the market in order to help with lead generation. You will assist other departments in terms of research so that you can help the sales team for example, in their lead generation and campaign management. You will be the go-to person for all things marketing research as you will be providing support to the sales team when the need arises.
So, do you have what it takes to become a CRM Specialist?
So, what is it we’re looking for? Well since this is a marketing post, we need someone with previous experience with Pardot (an advantage) and other marketing tools such as Marketo or Hubspot. You also need knowledge with Salesforce, Microsoft and Google applications.
Have experience in inbound marketing operations or marketing automation? Even better! How about analytical skills? We’re also looking for someone who’s detailed oriented because after all, you will be working with large amount of data and have to do a ton of analysis on it.
