So what does a Corporate Recruiter really do? Think of yourself as the one responsible for the end-to-end search and management of Support-level up to High-level decision-makers for TaskUs! You will be tasked to find and identify ridiculously great talent - Corporate Rockstars and Rising Stars - who are aligned with our overall business objectives, so not just anyone is qualified for this role! We make sure we get the best of the best, after all, we are a ridiculously good company so we make sure our employees are top notch. Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: you want to be able to find and attract the best talent by sifting through portals, pipelines, resumes, and networks. You do these in order to find great people leaders, brave decision-makers, and complex subject-matter experts that possess a dynamic mindset that jives with our ridiculously great “People-First” culture at TaskUs. Yes, we want people that bring value-added ideas and disruptive thought leadership to our teams. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: that you will act as the best Headhunter and Recruitment strategist - with intuitive and intelligent insights - to proactively recruit and hire only-the-best-candidates that fit targeted specifications for our complex roles. You will work closely with the hiring managers in order to ensure you have a consistent supply of candidates that meet their expectations.
As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for candidate management: screening, interviewing, scheduling, conducting job offers, and onboarding new hires - to deliver a full-cycle recruitment process on time, while contributing to the achievement of recruitment targets for your team. You will conduct proactive pooling for future requirements; and provide timely feedback to candidates-in-process. You are expected to attend and manage business meetings - to share updates, insights and build continuous communication with hiring managers. You must be adept at organizing and prioritizing your work with regard to management of requisitions, and create effective action plans to speedily process and close out these requirements. What else? Well, you must be meticulous in maintaining details on your hiring processes, able to analyze your data and ensure the accuracy of metrics, reports and other key performance areas. You must be collaborative and able to work well with Human Resources and other key departments - to ensure the onboarding process is smooth and efficient.

If you’ve had previous experience in handling non-agent, Support, and Executive recruitment, then you just might be the talent we’re looking for. If you’ve had previous knowledge and experience in preparing reports and analysis, then that’s even better! Are you tech-savvy to utilize our recruitment tools: Jobvite, Oracle and similar tools?
