PRIMARY FUNCTION
Responsible for developing concepts and innovation, process management and implementation of the Visual Strategy as it pertains to the Apparel and Accessories divisions through a guest-centric approach that delivers on the business long-range plan and financial goals.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the development of the Visual Merchandising strategy in partnership with Visual Merchandising Director for the Apparel and Accessories business Partner and collaborate with Store and Fixture Design on store layout and fixture development to effectively execute visual concepts Translate Visual and Merchandising for divisions across multiple store prototypes and spaces using data and insights Partner with Store Operations in the development of the store communication to ensure Visual Merchandising direction is clear, accurate and executable to deliver on guest-focused store experience Collaborate with multiple levels of management and departments on future-facing initiatives and innovations Identifies and participates in training and development opportunities designed to improve professional skills and personal growth Travel as necessary to review in-store execution and identify opportunities

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • 4 year college degree in Visual Merchandising, Art, Design, or related field and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of visual merchandising experience.
  • 2 or more years of corporate headquarters visual merchandising experience.
  • Proven visual merchandising (In addition to interviews, external candidates will be required to submit to a portfolio review)
  • Cultural awareness, competitive analysis, and knowledge and understanding of current trends.
  • Excellent communicator with presentation, project management and organization skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
