As Sr. Manager User Experience, You will help drive higher guest engagement and improved guest experience by leading design and ensuring that we keep our guests at the center of everything. To achieve this, you will:
  • Lead a team of UX professionals enabling the team to achieve at their true potential
  • Ensure usability on enterprise tools and guest facing tools
  • Take ownership and support the product vision Target's strategies
  • Work with product teams across India and US HQ to deliver best results
  • Work with the team to deliver pre-agreed business outcomes
  • Take up accountability of delivering on Usability goals / metrics
  • Build trusting partnerships with our global teams to effectively deliver on projects
  • Work in collaboration with teams in India and Minneapolis; both product teams as well as Business teams.
  • As a leader in the Loyalty Marketing team in India you will hire, develop and establish a strong Marketing capability for Target in India
  • Utilize your deep UX expertise and Team management experience to drive Usability for Digital products
  • With your passion for Usability you will drive and evangelize UX Research, Experience Design within the agile product environment
  • Track and report usability on products that your team is responsible for
  • Contribute to executing on the strategic direction for Target's digital portfolio
  • In partnership with product partners, engineering and stakeholder teams, you will optimize the role of design within a product
  • Coach, Train and mentor UX professionals to perform optimally within their product
  • Hold the designers accountable to delivering on usability goals

About You:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Master's Degree with specialization in Design preferred
  • 7+ years' experience in the Leading UX teams
  • 10+ years' of UX design
  • 7+ years' experience of managing high performance teams
  • Ability to identify people and process based problems
  • Knowledge and experience of multi-channel Customer experience
  • A passion for Team management and strong problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated individual with passion for design
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to navigate complex situations
  • Understands critical drivers and set priorities appropriately
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Great articulation and presentation skills
