  • Support the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of guest data across the enterprise through the development of data quality monitors, root cause issue analysis, and testing
  • Partner with internal clients to understand business problems and how to solve through guest data profiling, new business rules, and analytics
  • Builds and influences key relationships in order to achieve business objectives. Understand client needs and engages the team to develop innovative solutions
  • Partner with Privacy, Security, and Legal teams to ensure guest data is governed, secured, and used properly across the enterprise
  • Work with key partners (e.g. TTS, Target India Guest DQ team, business clients) to complete project efforts

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree, graduate degree preferred
  • 4-5 years of relevant work experience in guest (customer) relationship marketing, guest analytics, data quality, and testing
  • 1-2 years of experience working in an Agile environment (e.g. working with product owners, scrum masters, and sprints)
  • 3-4 years of experience with data querying and analysis languages and tools like SQL, Hive, SAS, and Tableau, all within a relational database and unstructured data structures (i.e. Hadoop)
  • Must be client-focused and have the ability to translate complicated technical concepts into business outcomes
  • Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and navigate the organization effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
