Target Enterprise, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Senior Engineer - Java at our offices in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Senior Engineer - Java will be responsible for writing, developing and unit testing software or building, testing and implementing infrastructure components to meet design specifications. This position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 5 years related (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience. Must also have 12 months of demonstrated ability (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following: (1) developing automated recoveries using Java, IBM Sterling, Shell and Python scripting; (2) developing and testing solutions using IBM Sterling, IBM Datastage, Shell scripting, Control M schedulers, Java, Python, Camel, Kafka; (3) managing code base in Github and managing product improvement code fixes, analysis and testing using ninjira & confluence pages in devops scrum model; and (4) conducting performance analysis on various oracle queries used by business for fulfillment reporting, business requirements, and application batch jobs to improve fulfillment pipeline.
