Target Enterprise, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Principal Engineer at our offices in Sunnyvale, California. The Principal Engineer is responsible for the design, development, installation, integration, testing and performance monitoring of IAM systems software products and applications. This position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Manufacturing and Production Systems Engineering, Engineering, or a related field and 5 years related (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience in Identity and Access Management. Must also have 12 months of demonstrated ability (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following: (1) integrating cross platform distributed enterprise systems in security domains using ORACLE and IBM Security product suits; (2) designing and implementing Sox Compliance/Certification for clients using Oracle Identity Analytics and Aveksa technology; and (3) building custom solution in the security domains for integration using custom connecters in OIM 11GR1, 11GR2 and creating road-map for Migration of Identity products. Must also have 12 months of experience working with the following programming and web design languages: Java, J2EE, Java Script, PL/SQL, JSP, HTML, Servlet, XML, Struts, XS LT, XSD, DTD.
