Target Enterprise, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Lead Product Owner at our offices in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Lead Product Owner will be responsible for representing the "voice of the customer" by maintaining and prioritizing the backlog to ensure that the team is working on stories that maximize business value and deliver necessary fixes and functionality to all customers. This position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, information technology, or related field and 5 years related (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience. Must also have 12 months of demonstrated ability (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following: (1) Design solutions for inventory rules that drive the add to cart logic across the ecommerce web experience; (2) Build Omnichannel and Flexible fulfillment rules that impact the entire purchase flow; (3) Recommend updates to the service layers that power the site experience via multiple API's and influences the user interface design; (4) Collaborate in discovery immersion sessions to build resolutions for guest issues, initiate design changes and build product solutions; and (5) Enhance the responsive e-commerce user interface design and site experience to increase conversion.
