Working in Learning and Development, you'll work on the systems and content with which people learn everything they need for success in their roles. From call centers and onboarding classes for systems, processes and tools, to ongoing support for new program rollouts, we are the learning champions for the entire organization.

As a Lead Consultant L&D Client Engagement supporting Technical and Product teams, you'll assess learning needs and facilitate discovery to deliver innovative, technical learning solutions that help solve complex business and people problems. You are responsible for developing learning solutions to close capability gaps; deliver learning solutions leveraging User Experience (UX) knowledge/detailed audience analysis; serve as a learning culture ambassador to promote a growth mindset; and manage external partnerships.

About you:

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • 6-8 years of related work experience
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and in the Product model
  • Advanced technical skills, particularly in UX and front-end development
  • Experience leading large cross-functional efforts
  • Expert consulting and communication skills
