Target Enterprise, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Lead Engineer at our offices in Sunnyvale, California. The Lead Engineer is responsible for the design, development, installation, integration, testing and performance monitoring of IAM systems software products and applications. This position requires a Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, or a related field and 3 years related development experience in Oracle Identity Management. Must also have three years of demonstrated ability (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following: (1) Development of custom connectors including writing custom provisioning workflows, custom adapters, custom reconciliation tasks; (2) Design, development, and implementation of Oracle Identity Analytics or Aveksa based certifications, including SOX based; and (3) Oracle Identity Management 11gR1 and 11gR2 suite of products including Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle SOA, Oracle Business Intelligence, Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD), Oracle Internet Directory (OID), and Oracle Identity Analytics (OIA) with large user base and complex connectors including RACF and Lotus Notes. Must have experience working with Oracle Identity Governance suite (OIG 11gR2) and providing roadmap for migrating from OIM 11gR1, 11gR2 environments to OIG 11gR2. Must also have experience with migration from one Identity Management product to another including TIM (Tivoli Identity manager 5.1) to Oracle Identity Manager 11GR1.
