We’re currently looking for an amazing Product Manager to shape our On-Demand Delivery Experience into a sharp, reliable, and appealing solution to our users, SMB customers, and couriers.

Repsonsibilities

  • Own and shape business strategy and measures of success for the Tapingo product
  • Advocate for and influence significant decisions for the future of the product with stakeholders across the company including business, technology and operations
  • Collaborate with the operations team, designers, and engineers to drive feature definition, processes, and implementation (end-to-end)
  • Prioritize product feature backlog as part of Agile software development
  • Understand and manage financial levers, such as revenue, shipping costs, and contribution profit
  • Simplify complex topics for broad audiences

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years product management and/or business leadership experience, preferably with an online mobile consumer focus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics or related field or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sophisticated projects and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Proven track record of delivering results in large, cross-functional initiatives
  • Superior analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success
  • Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems with extreme attention to detail
  • Thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment where tactical and strategic initiatives are driven in parallel
  • SQL proficiency
