FP&A Manager

We’re looking for an energetic, highly entrepreneurial FP&A Manager who can quickly develop a deep understanding of the drivers of our business. Reporting to our CFO, this is a great opportunity to assimilate large amounts of data and produce actionable, insight-driven conclusions that will move the needle on core operations.


  • Own the annual & 3-year operating plans and rolling forecasts
  • Partner with senior management to understand key business drivers in order to meaningfully impact the trajectory of the business
  • Own monthly Plan v. Actual analysis and business drivers for variances
  • Conduct advanced analytics to deliver actionable insights that drive decision making
  • Build trusted relationships with key business partners (Sales, Operations, Marketing) and prepare analysis in support of their business units
  • Develop & own the executive metrics dashboard, Board KPIs and internal financial reporting tools
  • Help with analyses and presentations of strategic materials for key management meetings
  • Provide ad hoc analysis support for new initiatives and opportunities as they arise

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business administration; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in a related field including FP&A, banking, or consulting
  • Previous experience in a high-growth startup
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; proficiency with SQL
  • Strong executive presence and ability to work closely with senior management
  • Excellent attention to detail and a love for problem solving
  • Ability to drive results as an individual contributor
