Business Operations Analyst

We’re currently looking for an all-star Business Operations Analyst to help us improve the way we interact with key stakeholders - including customers, couriers, campuses, and merchants. Reporting to our Director of Business Operations, this is a great opportunity to leverage data to drive insights and decision-making for our Operations and Support Team.

Responsibilities

  • Build and automate actionable models & dashboards for reporting on key operations and support functions
  • Drive recommendations, independently solve problems and develop new processes to address business pain points
  • Provide analytical support to business leaders to develop key insights and suggestions on how to optimize business operations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across product, marketing, engineering, strategic partnership, and delivery

Skills & Experience

  • You love data, analysis, and data-driven recommendations
  • 3+ years of experience solving analytical problems (proficient in Excel, proficiency with SQL is a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator
  • Interest in product management and managing people
  • A team player with a can-do attitude, you’re willing to help wherever needed
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
