Physical Security Systems Manager

The T2 Corporate Security program is responsible for protecting all employees and company assets globally. We facilitate informed decision making by identifying and mitigating risks. Corporate Security is responsible for Physical Security, Security Analysis and Investigations, Business Continuity, Travel and Event Security and Executive Protection.

This role will assume ownership of the Take-Two Interactive Global Physical Security Systems Program and be responsible for support, management and the development of critical policies, procedures, and applications that protect all employees and company assets globally, specifically in the areas of Security Systems and Technologies and contract security management. You will apply experience in project management and physical security systems integration to help build our physical security program worldwide.

What you'll do:

  • Principal provider of security knowledge and expertise in managing enterprise systems in multi-site security systems installations
  • Analyze global security systems architecture and processes to identify critical gaps and strategic value opportunities, evaluate and propose technology solutions
  • Drive the adoption of physical security standards for corporate offices while being sensitive to the unique culture at Take-Two Interactive
  • Communicate, collaborate and participate among cross-functional teams in a multi-national environment
  • Understand, maintain and promote integrations with third party in house systems to maximize systems capabilities and enhance the employee security experience
  • Manage the budget, vendor relationships, and reporting metrics
  • Coordinate with integrators and vendors to ensure timely completion of service and future integration projects, providing oversight on security design and installation such as: access control devices, programming of CCTV, NVR, VMS, installation of cable pathways and power supplies, and installation of other hardware as needed
  • Read and Interpret CAD drawings and ensure that project installation, testing, labeling and documentation is delivered according to scope, schedule and budget
  • Triage and respond to all systems outages/incidents/cases and occasional emergency after-hours calls
  • Manage all service requests (work orders, purchase orders) for repairs, maintenance for physical security hardware and projects and ensure timely completion based on severity
  • Analyze security infrastructure configuration files, logs, and other artifacts to perform root cause analysis
  • Collaborate with IT and facilities teams during system design and implementation
  • Draft scopes of work, submit purchase requests
  • Ensure that all key project deliverables including warranties, as-builts, designs, project stakeholder list, and project summary are documented and downloaded to the appropriate project files

Skills and Qualifications
  • Project Management Experience
  • 8 + years' experience in security systems integration or a physical security field
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent expertise in a relevant field (Security System Integrator, Information Systems Management, Criminal Justice, Applications Engineering or Computer Science, etc)
  • Knowledge and experience with low voltage technologies
  • Knowledge and experience of global incident management and monitoring solutions
  • Experience with Physical, Identity, Incident and Case Management Systems (Lenel, Avigilon, Genetec, Exacq, etc)
  • G-Suite applications and Networking concepts (IP Addresses Mac Addresses)
  • Ability to travel 25-35% and in rare cases with minimal notice, if required
