Integration Developer

The Integration Developer is responsible for the integration solutions of Take Two's HR-IT systems. The Developer should have hands-on studio development experience and will be responsible for all phases of the integration lifecycle. He/she must be able to translate business requirements into technical specifications, develop, test and maintain integrations once in production.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with internal and external parties to ensure timelines are met. Provide guidance and direction on Take Two's integration strategies
  • Analyses complex Workday projects to determine impact to Workday integrations
  • Development of various inbound and outbound interfaces for Workday and other HR applications
  • Troubleshoot Workday integration issues requiring in depth expertise
  • Determine best practice and efficiency with integrating Workday with other systems used by the Take Two HRIS team
  • Lead projects from integration discovery and scoping phases to production
  • Perform all test cycles for integrations to ensure successful delivery of solutions
  • Design, Build, Test, and Deploy integration solutions for Workday and other business applications.
  • Keep up to date with Workdays bi-annual releases and perform in-depth integration testing for each upgrade

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in computer science, HR, IT or Business
  • 3+ years of experience with various HRIS systems
  • Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration technologies
  • Experience in Human Resources related domains (HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, Recruiting,
  • Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively coordinate with a variety of customers
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Highly developed problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to learn new systems, tools, and technologies quickly
  • Experience in Workday - HCM (multiple modules), Report Writer, EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors
